No printing

However, black print option was blank and color was not spot on. After replacing ink, doing print test 3 times. I ran out of BRAND NEW ink. Very disappointed. I was unabke to print.

410 Ink Cartridges

Stay away from Canon. Poor products, worse support

Bought a brand new set of ink cartridges because my magenta was running low. BTW it wouldn’t even let me print in black and white because a color cartridge was empty so I was forced to buy a color cartridge just tom[ring black and white. I installed the new cartridge and received an error message stating the Cyan was empty. On a brand new cartridge!! I called Canon support at least three times and spent a total of about 2 hours on the phone just for their tech support to tell me it was a bad printer, which was out of warranty and therefore on my dime to replace. I tried explaining to them that I reinstalled my old Cyan cartridge and it printed fine so it couldn’t be the printer but that logic was lost on the inept tech team. Long story longer, I spent 75 bucks on new color and black ink cartridges only because Magenta was low and I STILL can’t print anything. Even in black and white.
