I won't do that again.

Replacement Ink

Would be great if you could find a coupon or they could cut the price in half. I could stop searching for a printer with less expensive ink!

It is a new printer and did not do this except for this new batch of ink I bought. Not sure if it is the ink or the printer. I'll have to research more.

No ink!

I told the Clerck that I needed it by then and he said that it would happen. It didn't . I went to another store and purchased my ink . I tried to cancel my order with you folks and your representative told me that I had to wait until it was delivered.A few. days later I returned it to your store. Yes it was a runaround !

No printing

However, black print option was blank and color was not spot on. After replacing ink, doing print test 3 times. I ran out of BRAND NEW ink. Very disappointed. I was unabke to print.
