    I will be returning because the package states it is best if used by NOVEMBER 2012. It seems to have been sitting a long time on your shelf. Someone should be checking these dates before shipping out!!!

    These cartridges were supposed to be XL high capacity, but they didn't last as long as my regular cartridges do. I am not happy with this ink purchase and will not purchase again.

    Didn't last when stored. Ink dried out in cartridges. I stored them in away from light and in a cabinet but was disappointed when I went to reload printer with ink and found how much had evaporated. Also is to expensive. Ink replacements cost almost as much as printer after only two refills. Would not recommend.

    The employee who tried to help me find a replacement cartridge indicated that the Epson 68 ink cartridge would work in my printer which takes Epson 69 ink cartridge. The store was out of 69's, The cartridge did not fit in my printer. I returned the 68 cartridge and it was replaced with no charge and with great service.
