Customers are saying

Customers are positive about the excellent ink quality and ease of installation of the 68 MultiPack XL High-Yield Cyan/Magenta/Yellow Ink Cartridges. Many found the cartridges easy to use. However, customers are negative about the relatively high price of the ink cartridges. The cost was a frequently cited drawback despite the product's other positive attributes.

This ink goes out all the time. We only print black copies but we are always replacing the different colors every time we try to print, it seems. Get any other printer that doesn't take this ink.

These are decent printer cartridges for a normal consumer. But if you are doing quite a bit of printing I would look into other printers that use different cartridges.

Used my store credit, could get a refund. Shopped around for a reasonable price. Best Buy had better price.

Don't recommend any inkjet printer for business use. You'll use up the ink in a week.

I find this ink (and printer) very high maintenance as it requires ink cartridges often.

Really needed this ink due to the fact that I had completely run out. Waited for the order instead of going out shopping for it -- when it arrived - the expiration date of the ink had expired over a year ago!!!! Could not believe that they had kept it somewhere to send out to one of their customers! I was not going to put it in my printer and take the chance of messing it up! The return at the store was great --- hassle free.

I should've saved for a laser printer instead. Nothing wrong with it or the price. I haven't looked back once since going to lazer

I consider my printing workload to be on the lighter side with perhaps 1-3 sheets/5 days. I have had to replace the color and black ink cartridges a total of 3 times within one month. It may be time to invest in a laser printer or an improvement in the lifespan of the ink that is contained within.

The ink quality is wonderful, and I do love my Epson 4 in one.. I've had it for about 6 years now and it still produces quality prints. I'm tech savvy so I have saved my printer a few times. The ink itself is great quality, and the amount you get vs the econo package of color ink is so much better. But depending on your printer, you may go through this stuff fast. That's my main complaint. You have to charge the ink in most printers that use this product as well which can be a waste. Guess to be real, the price still bothers me a bit. But it is quality stuff. Still an Epson fan.

I'm unsure why little1bear (wrote review earlier) has had problems with this ink. Now that reviewer does have a different printer than my WorkForce 600. As mentioned in my summary, I print tons in both color and blank & white. My work, especially, requires me to print in color a very great deal; yet my ink will at least last over 3 months easily. My print settings are set at "text", and even then the pictures come out beautiful at that 2nd to lowest setting. Yes the photo settings will use a great deal of ink, but that's with ever printer. I've had EPSON, Canon, & HP printers. The inks are great.

    Not so high capacity

(Used with Epson Stylus NX415) I don't print a much at all. I printed one picture and on the second picture it started to run out of one color. After changing inks the first time, I decided to not print pictures at home. I then ended up printing even less. Ran thru color ink after printing two and a half coupons (sized down at that). Changed settings to print coupons only in b & w. Changed color inks again. Printed ONE small cross-stitch pattern and color inks were half gone. Literally, DIDN"T PRINT IN COLOR for two weeks and the ink had gone down to almost gone. It's like they just drain out! For the price of those "high capacity" inks I could have a professional shop print everything. I ended up going into my basement and digging out my old other brand printer and hooking it up to my new computer. I'll keep the Epson for scanning only (it came with the computer.) Definately do NOT recommend the inks or printer!

I'm saving up for a Color Laser printer that, yes it costs a little more than a inkjet but uses a lot less ink and, will save ME a lot of money !!!$$$ I don't always use my inkjet but in just a few months with little use the ink drys up inside the cartridge. The other downside, every time I want to use my printer after a few weeks of non use I have to waste ink, paper and time to go through a heading cleaning cycle. Every ink cartidge should also include a bottle of asprin for the headache this ink will give you.
