I have purchase several refills for my Epson Inkjet printer as I print a lot of documents throughout the year. The refills are easy to load and the printer does the rest. The black ink is the first to go out followed by the magma. Fill like I purchase this product every three months. Good quality printing though if documents or photos.

Not only did I find what I needed, but the salesperson went out of her way to help me. Also, at checkout, with my asking, I was given a discount, as they checked the price at other retailers! What!!! This is why I go to Best Buy . The product itself? I love my Epson printer (also bought at Best Buy), and it continues to provide excellent prints.

The product itself is perfectly fine but I would never get an Epson printer again. It goes through ink so quickly especially considering that I do not print a lot compared to other people. Also, when the color runs out, it will not even allow you to print in the blank ink alone like if you just want to print a letter. If one runs out, you have to replace them all.

Ink is to load and used. I have already used the product numerous times.
