    Horrible! Epson in general. Consumed two sets of replacements and it drained one color so fast that the printer is useless. I have two Epson printers and do not recall this ever being an issue. Both are going in the trash.

    I purchased this ink for my Epson WF-3720. Installation is easy and I like the convenience of replacing the colors individually. However you don't get nearly as many pages as they estimate it to yield. I find myself replacing ink more often than with my old HP printer.

    The ink was fine - but the printer I bought it for - EPSON WorkForce Pro WF-3720 is pretty terrible. I think the ink was pretty much gone after a few cleaning cycles b/c the print quality was terrible

    Typical ridiculously overpriced ink, from a company that prevents you using perfectly fine and more affordable third-party offerings with regular mandatory firmware updates to block those products every time they figure out a workaround to the current firmware offering.

    I always buy ink from best busy for my Epson Printer and never had problem. When I bought this time, all the cartridges were dry or empty. Could not figure out. I try everything to make them work like clean nozzles and what not. Finally I ordered straight from Epson. Do not want to go through Best Buy again to purchase ink.

    The only negative aspect is the cost of the ink, although, black ink is use predominantly, it requires all the color ink cartridges to print. I have notice that even tho i take out the color ink cartridges to conserve the color ink cartridges, it does not work. So far i have only printed in black, no color has been used; however, the levels of color ink are already half way through. I do not understand why it happens, but it happens.

    These don't really print the number of pages the box specifies. I haven't even printed 35 pages and the ink level shown on my printer is already less than 50%.

    It runs out way to fast for the cost of the cartridge. I would recommend buying the XL size. Better value and better life expectancy.

    When I changed black ink cartridges, I was made to replace color cartridge even tho I hadn't used. Epson says color is us Ed in B$ W.. EXCESSIVE USE

    i BELIEF THE EPSON COMPANY COULD CONSIDER CUSTOMERS IN THEIR PRODUCTION. THIS CARTRIDGES ARE VERY EXPENSIVE AND THEY NEVER LAST. THOUGH THE PRINTER IS SOLD AT A CHEAPER PRICE I WAS DISSATISFIED BY THE CARTRIDGES HIGH COST, AND ABOVE ALL THE PRINTER LASTED FOR LESS THAN 4 MONTHS AND COULD NOT DETECT CARTRIDGES. FOR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION I REQUEST THEY REVIEW THIS PRODUCTS.

    I was sent used cartridges. They were in an old boxed taped. Had to drive 20 miles to only Best Buy and return them. Online Best Buy told me it was Fed Ex fault. In store said they could not explain how it happened. Finally speaking with store manager got some results. Cartridges we shipped out of San Antonio store to Corpus.
