Delivery service was 5 STAR. next day for free is great. Thevproduct is fine for students term paper reports& occasional print work, but not for work. Not enough ink. Changing it constantly.

Since I need it for the Epson work force printer, it is easy to replace cartridges. A bit costly, but that's why they sell printers.

Easy process, recd it fast. Probably will not visit stores any more. Visited a store 280 Colma earlier, rudely turned away by employee said they were closed. Not the only person either.

Always happy with Best Buy's product. For some reason, they tend to run out of this item. I recently placed an order for additional cartridges from a different source, since Best Buy was out.

Works as it should unfortunately the regular volume ink cartridge doesn’t keep up with high school project printing requirements.

I know printer manufacturers make their money on these, but you could easily just buy a new printer every time you need ink!

Gave this to my husband for Fathers Day. He loves it. He can check his heart rate to finding out how many calories he burns up. It tells him when he is sitting too long. which is great because he sits at a desk most of day.

The best feature of purchasing the Epson printer was the ability to have the ink sent whenever it was needed by Best Buy. Sorry to see that this wonderful service is ending.

This ink is of good quality, but the capacity isn't very high. I usually get the higher capacity. If you can't afford it at the time, it still works ok.

We bought the standard Cartridge, as well as the double cartridge and the double lasted for quite a while. They work well. Would recommend.

Every time I run out of ink I can go straight to the store and its guaranteed to be on the shelf and ready for purchase. I really appreciate the store for being mindful of their stock.

Not sure how to really review this other than I needed a refill and it did just that. I just don't like how expensive ink is, but it is what it is.

When I purchased this printer the sample ink last longer than the regular ink that is purchased for the printer.

It's ink. Good and authentic ink. We go through this ink pretty fast though. But it's not that expensive either. What can I say? It's functional black ink.

Its Epson black ink. Either made by Epson or for Epson. The #702 will work in only certain printers. When the cartridge runs dry my printer will not print.

It fulfilled its purpose. Its ink and it worked in my printer.

Works well in printer. I would give it 5 stars except the price on ink cartridges is too high for what you receive for any brand and any printer.

It is a dark solid color but I wish it was either a bigger cartridge or lasted longer or if black is the color you mainly use can you put it in the color slots??

Work exactly like it should. Good ink. The price was good I would recommend this to anyone who really needs some ink for their printer.
