Hard to install

It would not fit, so I put back the partial in and it works fine. I will have to return it. A defective part?

Great ink at a good price

The cartridge is okay.

It was disappointing that it was not in our local store when we stopped there, so our only option was to order it online then go back to the store and pick it up when it came in. The ink seems to evaporate pretty fast so we probably won’t be buying any more.

Waste of money

Terrible ink cartridge did not last

I will not buy any more ink from Best Buy. This is unacceptable.
