High Capacity would be so nice!

A critique of Epson, not print cartridge

First the diagnostic told me that I needed a new cyan cartridge so I dropped $20 on one. It didn't work. It keep telling me to replace more and more color cartridges, which I did. And they didn't work. Finally, Epson told me to replace my B&W ink. I did - and it didn't. Now Epson is telling me to take it to a service center (for which the bench fee alone will be more than a new printer.) So I won't. Instead I went to Best Buy and got a brand new HP printer for $45. I've had my Epson for seven years and have been very happy with it but now they've made me spend $80 for ink I'll never use and cannot return. But Epson should have just told me right away that I needed a new printer. I'll never buy another Epson again. Hoping for much better luck with the HP. I do know many who own HP's and are delighted with them. So goodbye Epson. You owe me $80!
