I have an Epson printer and I use this ink. Great color great product

product is just what it says...a little on the expensive side.

I received standard capacity cartridges even though the description and specifications say "high yield." I called customer service and they quickly sent a replacement but that replacement was also the standard capacity. I called customer service two more times asking for resolution but my reps didn't know how to resolve the issue (the second couldn't figure out what the problem was even after what I thought was a clear explanation). I waited on hold for 20 minutes for a supervisor before being told that one was not available. The standard capacity cartridges are supposed to be sold under a different sku but they are what is sent under this one. Ultimately, I was defeated by Best Buy logistics and customer service but will not shop there again.

The ink cartridges always work flawlessly. The reason I did not give it five stars, was because I thought that it was a bit overpriced.

Epson printers are tops . Ink is not cheap but does Have extend printing life .

I'm still surprised at how long this ink lasts. I used this printer to print up all of my wedding invitations and programs as well as some other things along the line and I'm still on my first set of cartridges! The color and quality is great. Very happy with this purchase.

I always purchase OEM - Original ink. I have been in the I.T. field for over 28 years and I can honestly say that using generic Ink, Toner and even Ribbons for Dot Matrix printers is never a good thing. Using OEM Ink, Toner or Ribbons help prolong the life of your printer and your printed documents always come out great.

I purchase ink from Best Buy online every time my printer runs low. I know the price is low and purchase will arrive on time.
