Low ink
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Two days after installing the new ink packs. My printer indicated low ink. I only printed only two test pages. Because I don't think you can return ink packs, I guess I'm out of $60.00 dollars.

Cartridges dried up`

The exchange went off without a hitch ( very nice customer service people) other than the inconvenience of having to return them.
