    Changed all cartridges at once 2 cartridges were faulty and best buy refused to refund me. Manager who helped was really condescending

    Black ink did not work out of the box online it said to run a cleaning cycle 2 times and then test. Those two times drained the color ink completely. Don’t waste your money and stay away from epson they are trash.

    Worthless. Didn't even last 30 days. The yellow and cyan seemed to be shipped with low ink levels, as after 30 days they are empty yet the others are full. $113 out the window and I'm unable to print ANYTHING at this point. It would have been less expensive to buy a new printer. I guess that's what Epson wants!!! Maybe learn from the class action that's going against HP currently???

    Was sent 822 instead of 802. Had to go in person to exchange it 35 miles away We order online for convenience. NOT INCONVENIENCE
