Very expensive and the first pack I bought all colors ran out while using to clean printhead however I will say that Best Buy was very easy to work with when I returned it for a replacement :)

Print quality is good from the ink, but it just does not last very long. It is expensive too. Again, quality is fantastic, just a little pricey.

The ink is bright but these run out so fast. I have resorted to buying generic for my printer. As long as i dont update the software, the printer still accepts them.

I was happy to see these were in stock when i needed them but not sure if the magenta was filled right at Epson because its empty after only being in my printer for a few weeks and only have printed maybe 10 sheets of paper mostly black ink. Now the store and website are out of stock.

It's a great product. Colors are vibrant, and blacks are deep and crisp when printing text. My only problem is the colors run out far too quickly. I wish all the colors came in XL, and not just the black.

It is probably my printer (which is an EPSON), but the ink goes very fast. Of all the cartridges I've used, it is one of the most expensive. I've had to use the brand name ink with the printer, because substitutes or rebuilds or non-name products don't work as well and have not given me the best results. I think I'd check the type and cost of ink before purchasing my next printer.

I was taught a lesson during this purchase, and it was do not purchase 4 pack unless you plan on changing all 4 cartridges at once. Changed one of the cartridges past the return period, as that is when the printer called for and it was not recognized by printer. Called BB and was transferred to geek squad suggesting to check the printer etc..., was sent back to customer service and they would not exchange. Ordered another toner from another company and the toner works just fine. Guess it's the luck of the toner

these worked fine in my WF4730. but run the nozzle check and print head cleaning functions (as regularly needed or printer does not allow use) and ink runs out almost immediately. not news as I know a lot of people share my view, but these mandatory purchases of over-priced ink is a very poor way to retain customers.

A little bit pricey, I found it cheaper elsewhere.

Bought this due to needing ink. It worked fine and installed fine but getting these primed and setup with the printer leaves me with rougly 1/4 to 1/2 of the amount of ink.

Printer ink has to be the correct ink for your printer; otherwise why would you buy it? Doesn't last long enough for the price. I suggest you buy a different printer, as you could almost buy a new printer for the price of this ink.

Product is ok but price is outrageous. Mostly home printing

Price of ink has gotten out of control. Advisable to pay for a service that HP has based on use or unlimited use. Ask your BestBuy rep.

Personally, it's cheaper to buy a new printer than to buy these refill cartridges. It seems they don't last as long as you'd believe, but they serve their general purpose.

Great ink for my printer but it seems the ink finishes fast than I expected

I can only go about a month before having to replace a cartridge and I not print in high volume either.

Epson printer can not print Black and White copy without color ink. I really wonder why.

The design of the ink and printer are not economical.
