These cartridges should be designed to be refilled. I would think there would be less waste and expense. Thank goodness I don't print very much. No matter what the printer folks tell you about how many pages each cartridge will print, there estimate isn't even close.

Ridiculous price for what you get

When these dry up or run out, I'm going to a color laser. I figured out that since we use this printer only minimally, it would be cheaper to throw it in the junk every time these cartridges fail and buy a new printer

It isn't better than any other and has no reason to cost as much as it does. Epson also makes you use your very expensive ink to realign the printer heads every time you change the cartridge!

Empty after 30 days

The yellow and cyan seemed to be shipped with low ink levels, as after 30 days they are empty yet the others are full. $113 out the window and I'm unable to print ANYTHING at this point. It would have been less expensive to buy a new printer. I guess that's what Epson wants!!! Maybe learn from the class action that's going against HP currently???

Epson Ink Cartridge 802

Must of my printing is Black and white, however, my color cartridges goes out faster then my black cartridges. This is how Epson makes its money from its printers.
