After another 1-2 purchases of these ink refills, I will probably start looking at a laser printer.

Best Buy states the are a Samsung serve provider, however they are not able to service and have unskilled individuals. They fail to stand behind a factory warranty unable to serve it and do not stand behind extended. My cell phone provider got the issue resolved that Best Buy would and could not with Samsung.

The ink is so expensive and sucks when you run out of only one color but have to buy the whole pack.

I find the color to be accurate to the original. The drawback is that the cartridges empty fast.

Bought this ink in case I need to get the others. I will have them if needed. Thanks Best Buy!

for the value it is much better to buy the pack with all the colors than and individual color

Ridiculous cost quality of the ink fair at best life of carriages very poor

Installed Epson Cyan, Majenta and Yellow cartridges and ink level indicator displayed Cyan at 80%, Magenta and Yellow at 30%. Reinstalled all carteidges. Cyan is at 70% and Yellow and Magenta are at 20%. I have not printed any color documents yet. Contacted Epson and am still wating for a replacement.

I'm getting light prints when I copy. I put in two cartridges that needed to be replaced. The other two showed ink levels that did not require replacement. Prior to changing out the two new cartridges I was getting clear prints. After the change, the prints were light.

Purchased this ink and installed in my printer. The ink was not full and immediately after I installed it the printer was showing that my ink needed to be replaced before I was able to print any pages. I have never had any issues with my printer or ink cartridges.

The toner works very well. Store supply seemed dwindled

The colors are fine and perform well except they run out way too soon and cost a fortune. I know the printer manufacturer's goal is to make their profit on the ink and that's part of the deal when you buy a printer but still.

I put the magenta in first. Then I put the other 2 in. The magenta sucked down the ink to about half. And the other 2 went down a half. It makes no since. I bought a full cartridge that won't last any time.

Printer ink is and always has been a straight ripoff. What makes it worse is that mere moments after installing and without printing anything, it already said some cartridges were partially emptied

I purchase the ink in April of this year ! I printed approximately 30 color pages and 100 black pages. The ink does not last long

Terrible ink! I’ve printed about 15 copies and almost out of ink! Bad thing, I don’t have a choice on ink cartridges!

After I installed printer showed almost empty on 2 of 3 colors. Best Buy exchanged for new ones, worked fine after that

Bought this thing went home and installed it only to find out it was half empty, very disappointing

The ink magenta and yellow were half filled when installed.

Spend the extra money and get the xl since they hold more ink.
