Expensive n doesn’t last long. I went with laser printer afterward.

Cartridges are easy to replace but seem to run out of ink fairly quickly compared to my older epson

These cartridges are way smaller than I'm used to seeing. Hope it's worth what it costs.

Epson ink - costly for what you get from printing output.

We love our Epson printer, and these toner cartridges work well - but it seems like we're replacing them pretty frequently, and they are expensive. This time, we're trying the extended life Black, to see if it's worth the extra money.

I purchased the tri-color ink pack and about 4 days later I get the alert that the Cyan (blue) ink is low. Really?!? About a week later in the middle of a deadline, NO CYAN INK! I couldn't print anything because there was no blue ink and it took a miracle to get to the screen that allows you to print in only black. So, after a few days of only printing in black ink, I purchased an XL capacity of only Cyan ink cartridge elsewhere because it wasn't available through Best Buy, in-store or online, and Im not stockpiling the other colors by buying the tri-color pack when I only need one color.

The ink cartriges work as described. The output is consistent.

My Epson printer will not operate with any other brand cartridge so I am forced to buy.

Best advice —- buy a printer that doesn’t require these 802 ink cartridges. Some colors better than others. They are over priced, Sometimes half filled, and don’t last very long.

You don't have a choice, printer won't run without the ink and will stop printing if you run out of any of the cartridges.

The ink cartridges that I purchased for the HP wireless printer have been lasting for less and less sheets over the last several purchase, and this is not the only printer/printer brand, that I have noticed having this issue. It seems that as the age of the printer increases the replacement filters holding less and less ink, as proven by the fewer and lighter copies that are provided by these new cartridges.

EPSON 802 INK CARTRIDGES DO NOT LAST LONG. WE USE BLACK INK FOR THE MOST PART BUT THE OTHER COLORS SEEM TO FINISH A LOT QUICKER BUT WHAT'S REALLY BAD IS TWO COLORS MAY RUN OUT WHILE THE OTHER ONE IS STILL ALMOST FULL. AND THE PRICE OF IT IS SO HIGH. I;VE BEEN INVOLVED IN PRINTING ALL SOUGHT OF ITEMS WITH DIFFERENT MATERIALS I KNOW THIS IS A RIP OFF.

One color goes out they all go out. Okay for home use. Not okay in the field. Sorry

After another 1-2 purchases of these ink refills, I will probably start looking at a laser printer.

Best Buy states the are a Samsung serve provider, however they are not able to service and have unskilled individuals. They fail to stand behind a factory warranty unable to serve it and do not stand behind extended. My cell phone provider got the issue resolved that Best Buy would and could not with Samsung.

The ink is so expensive and sucks when you run out of only one color but have to buy the whole pack.

I find the color to be accurate to the original. The drawback is that the cartridges empty fast.
