The initial print test worked perfectly but after that it would jam on every print attempt. Had to get the slightly more expensive version(only $20) with the integrated screen and so far it has been a 5 star printer. Mine could have just been a fluke, dont let a single review determine your decision.

Print could be darker, otherwise very good product.

I bought this as a gift, he loves it. I have a similar model and absolutely am thrilled to have it.

Took a while to set up, couldn’t get it to connect wirelessly. Then I plugged it into my desktop (had to buy a cable). That worked. But I only can print wirelessly from iphone with the Epson app (not just by using “print”). I researched & found the 2400 isn’t airplay compatible. I’m gonna return it & prob get the 2800, which is compatible. Surprised that none of the other reviews mentioned this.

Its a good printer, nice quality. Only fault i find is that for the price it should have at least a small lcd screen to make it easier to navigate features. Otherwise you will really like this

love it, liked the ink tanks so far, was always running out of ink with oulf printer

I have not had this printer a month and all the lights started blinking saying paper jam. But here’s the thing there was no paper jam. I used the ink in the box and kept it full as well. So the lights never stopped blinking and it didn’t want to print anymore and I could not get it back to working.

Great savings oncink snd so easy to operate. It prints clear with vivid pictures and uses lttle ink. I dont like that you cant set it up for printing black ink only.

Kass Goodnick in the Rockaway NJ store, suggested I look at this AIO rather than a typical ink cartridge printer. A great suggestion and I am very happy with this machine. Kass has always provided me with great advise no matter what the question I have or the products I may be looking for. I already have purchased 2 laptops based upon his suggestions. Definitely as very knowledgeable and dedicated employee who knows the definition of customer service! Good job Kass!!!!!!

Well I was able to print almost 30 pages before the paper feed only goes half way then , you know what all breaks loose and paper feed ink lights flashing rythmicaly. The good news is my ink is almost full.

The printer was easy to set up right out of the box. It works well for what we wanted to do with it.

Beats having to buy cartridges because of drying out all the time

So unsatisfied with this printer. Can’t print manually so it ONLY works with app.

I ended up returning this printer 2 days after purchasing it - the functionality and ease of use just wasn't up what I wanted. Details below Pros: - Good price - Supertanks for ink is a great idea, and easy to setup - Print quality looked good Cons: - Bluetooth connections to android phone and iMac laptop were very difficult, and even when finished functionality was less than expected. - Duplex printing was only possible by manually re-inserting each page - Print speed was slower than advertised - Lack of display window made setup and use harder

Don't buy it. I've been using it for a year, and I haven't really used it much. Just two days ago, I printed an important document, and it printed incorrectly, as if it were out of ink, even though the cartridges are about halfway full. Then the ink lights came on, and it stopped working. I've searched for help online, but nothing has worked. So I think it's a waste because I didn't buy an extra warranty.
