    Have tried several times to resolve "print/fit to paper" No luck. The printer is stuck in printing my document on half of the page no matter what setting preferences I request. Talking to the tech help at epson was not at all helpful, largely because the tech help is farmed out to people who are competent in their knowledge but not able to articulate this help, nor comprehend the details of my tech troubles. I will not be recommending this product to my friends.

    I returned a printer and purchased the ET-2400. First of all because I have a Mac computer I literally had to call support 6 times before I got to a technician that could help set up the printer. Printing is so convoluted in that I can't print with my Wifi. So, anything I want to print from the internet or email etc., I have to download. Or I have to call my internet company and get a new router!. I will I knew all of this before my purchase.

    You can only print using the Epson Smart Panel app. Everyone in your household will need the app to print wirelessly.

    Never truly worked got by with making work my own way but it truly doesn’t it doesn’t connect to the internet doesn’t print the picture as it’s size just to fit the paper or whatever paper size you tell it spent hours trying to get it set up and here we see 6 months later still doesn’t work still not set up right go with cannon

    The printer does not print borderless and the ink clogs a lot. I would not recommend purchasing this printer. You cannot change the settings for borderless printing at all.

    Must use a cell to use it. Not compatible with a lot of the old Mac’s or very New Macs. Customer service took 4 days to get back to me. Had to buy extra cables to TRY to Make it work. Not worth it.

    It worked great for 2 weeks, then all down hill after that. It wouldn't print labels, it would go offline for no reason. Guessing i just got a bad one / defect.

    The lack of a built in screen makes this thing very difficult to use. The app doesn’t make it easier. Works once then you have to mess with it for 20 minutes the next time. Junk.
