My second EcoTank, I like this one much better

The print is not quite as sharp as my other printer was, but it is sharp enough. Printing photos is also slower, but as that is not a primary use for me, I can live with that because I like the rest so much.

A little disappointed.

Two problems I have with it is the size of the digital screen and having to adjust the paper settings everytime I print something. You need a magnifying glass to read the screen. I need to get into the manual to see what this printer can do and make adjustments.

On all three occasions I never got to talk to anyone no matter how long you wait. I feel that is very poor customer service at best
