I've gotten so many paper jams and had to reset the ink to get it to print nicely. But once you get through that process it works like a charm. Always make sure your paper is neat, it doesn't like I dent in the paper. It's picky. Ink is a plus! I haven't had to buy more yet.

I have had a couple of issues with trying to print large graphic files and the printer choked. My old Canon laser printer was able to print the large file with no problem...but it costs too much to keep buying toner cartridges. Given the pros and cons of the Epson printer...I am not sure I would make this purchase without further investigation and seeing it in person.
