I am simply using plain paper, not glossy or heavy, so I'm not sure why it keeps giving me this message and doesn't seem to want to print when this message appears.

I will not purchase something like a TV without seeing it in action on your floor. I guess I can see if I can get one at Walmart or Costco. I can still get into their stores.
