The product works great. The customer service (CS) is horrible. I have a Mac and I had some problems connecting the printer, and getting some of the advertised features to work. I contacted CS and after some trouble shooting, I was informed that it was an Adobe problem, so contact them. The printer would not print double sided, initially in Adobe, within a few days, not at all. To make a long story short. The problem was not an Adobe problem, it was a connection problem. (Apple did the trouble shooting perfectly) The CS agent, at Epson, should have been more familiar with the product and not pass the responsibility of the issue on to another company. I gave a 3 because CS is big to me. I don’t know anything about the product. Therefore, when I contact the company, they should be willing to do what it takes to make sure it’s working properly, and that I’m satisfied.

Loved this printer so much we bought one for my mom. I don't understand why other companies don't adopt this same principle. Lets face it, we just want our printer to work. Well, this one does. It works, is easy to use and the ink doesn't dry up. It a little more expensive the junk printers, but well worth the price. Great product.

I use this at my satellite office and have had no problems. Already refilled the ink once (I use it a lot). This unit and the new ink methodology saved me a ton of $$$ ... highly recommend. As n added bonus the Epson's print some great high quality images if you use high quality glossy paper.

Works great, no issues. Not fond of the rear upright paper feeder, or the one sheet at a time scanner, printed items are sharp and not a mess like my Laser with cheap knockoff cartridges. A little slo and noisy but the prints are nice. Easy to install and hook up to WiFi although the display is TINY. Had to use my magnifying headset to see the display during setup and some icons were impossible to identify, had to use trial and error. If I did not have the laserjet I would have spent more for the upgraded version with more features.

Love this printer. Prints clean and quick. Easy to set up and ink is included.

I bought this for my mom. She doesnt print all that often and her old inkjet cartridges would always dry out. This looks to be highly superior. The ink tank filling is easy and mess free. Quality of print was excellent. "Charging" the ink tanks takes about 10 minutes, but that's only on filling.

Works well and is very fast. Easy to set up and fill with ink.

The set up screen on printer is small if you're over 50. I had troubles with readers. A bit tedious to set up SSID and password, but once up and running its great. Printer quality is great. I really like the cartridge less ink. No USB cords ever. On-line help or using Google to find answers very helpful.

This printer barely sips ink. I loaded up the bottles that came with it, and have printed a ton of documents for work. The ink levels have barely budged! I would have easily had to replace the black ink cartridge in my old printer, by now. As long as you're not looking to print photos for display, you will love this thing!
