So far I haven’t encountered any problems with the printer. It’s fairly easy to use, but I will say that it did take a while to set up. Overall I don’t have any complaints about it. The deal that I got was a great value with it being the printer itself and also 2 years of ink.

Great value and ink last a long time easy to use .

I had this printer for almost a year now and overall, have been very happy with it. It is great for a person with relatively light printing requirements and the occasional need to do small copying and scanning jobs but would not recommend it for a person who often does larger jobs because they will find it very cumbersome. I have had no mechanical issues and i have found the large ink tanks to be very economical. Indeed I am convinced i have saved a lot of money on ink. My only complaint is that the command screen is very small and often very difficult to read because the print is so small. That is something the product engineers should address. But other than that, it has been a great device and i would definately recommend to a person with relatively light printing, copying and scanning requirements.

I use this printer to print t- shirt transfers. It off the box the quality of the prints is ok but after a few changes to the setting I'm getting great print. Purchased October and haven't yelled any ink yet in June. I've probably done about 200 full color prints since then

Easy set up and prints nicely. My only gripe would be the screen is small and it was difficult to clearly see the symbols even with my glasses. The setup paperwork was very minimal and recommended going on line for more information. I am really hoping the ink lasts as long as they claim.

Love this printer. Provides quality copies, ink doesn't smudge and love that I'm not wasting money on ink cartridges every couple of months. I've always used HP products and a friend uses the Epson ecotank for his business and highly recommended this product, it's a great investment!

This is a great option for people who print a lot like us (3 teenage boys). I love not having to worry about the ink. I think the print quality is very good. I'm going to be buying on for my office when my current printer dies or I get tired of paying for ink. The only downside is it prints slow 5 pages per minute slow.

We don’t use a printer much in our home but we want one that is dependable and not running out of ink frequently. So far this printer seems to meet those needs. Ink levels are visible and new ink can be easily added to the appropriate ink cartridge. We can print wirelessly, which is another feature we like and wanted.

Got this because I’m tired of the expensive ink cartridges. I tried fake cartridges from amazon and after a while the print heads were getting clogged up. This is a much less expensive alternative. The prints are good but prints a little faint compared to the HP printers that I’ve had.

Great printer! I was a loyal customer of HP printers until my printer broke down. At this point I had it for 7 years. I then decided to give Epson a chance. The printer is reliable, fast printing and affordable ink! I highly recommend it to anyone needing one.

This is my first Eco-Tank printer and it's great! The savings on buying ink cartridges is worth the purchase price. The colors are not quite as vivid as before yet that is a small sacrifice. The duplex printing feature is excellent. My only complaint is the Home screen is too small to be functional.

Very happy with my purchase. Previously had an HP all in one printer. Was fed up with really expensive, leaking ink cartridges. Love this new Epson. My son in law recommended it as he has one. Ink lasts a long time. Printing is crisp and clean. Works great! Reasonable price!

This printer is great! I love being able to print from my phone/iPad. It is pricey up front, but one google search for the cost of ink will prove it is worth it. $20 for black ink refills! That’s awesome. And the printer itself prints quickly and well in both black and color.

This printer went into a remote jobsite office. Setup was easy as is the install of the drivers and the scanning capabilities. The only real complaint is that the ink prints very wet and tends to streak the paper along the edges. Not bad for the price though.

So far so good, it was easy to connect to my internet via WPS, my father had more issues with his unit, but it was still easy to set up. It has lots and lots of ink and that was why I bought it. It has very nice print quality. So overall I can't complain.

It looks good in my home office because I have white office furniture. But the neutral color would work well in any setting. The operation is smooth and quiet. Compared to all the other printers that I have owned over the years it is clearly the best. The quality of print is the best thing about this product.

Comes with long lasting ink, speedy printing, perfect print and copies. Has no problem picking up dull colors in scan. I love the fact that you can scan directly into a pdf. I wish i didnt have to order the usb separately. Over all, great purchase.

After my Lexmark died I started looking for a printer that would not kill me with high ink prices. The Epson does just that. Seems to work just fine with 2 sided printing(card stock). Replacement ink is relatively cheap and seems to last. A little high on the front end but Long term seems to be a great buy!

Just put the printer is Service last week. It work great and I can print anything off my a Pad anywhere on my property with no trouble. Thing about getting a wider printer for doing signs. As the cost of printing is so much cheaper with the big tanks and not having to change the cartridges all the time..

It prints and prints and prints and prints. Good quality printing, double-sided "duplex" printing which was a pleasant surprise. Print quality is much better with high-quality ink-jet paper vs standard office paper. Setup is fairly easy but is slightly different than popping in an ink cartridge. It'll be a few minutes of setup before it can be used—not a problem but something to be aware of. The Epson's printer is priced higher than some rivals... more likely reflecting the true cost of the printer. Buyers won't be gouged with expensive ink costs but the down-side is that to get price parity, a moderate amount of printing would be expected. The added versatility of scanning/copying is very useful. Works well with Mac and offers AirPrint and wireless connectivity. There's a lot to like with this printer!
