Great Service!

When I took the old one to the store to have it recycled, I asked if they could retrieve the ink. When the lady clerk plugged it in, it started! So I took it back home and plugged it in and it continued to work. When the new one arrived, I waited a few days to be sure the old printer still worked, and returned it to the store unopened, and they cheerfully refunded my money. When my old printer "dies" I will purchase the replacement from Best Buy.
