It was okay at first.

Even after nozzle check and power head cleaning. It would print fine for one or two sheets and then back to the lines. Disappointed.

Easy setup and great quality printing.

Setup with it’s own IP address. I print once or twice a week so I am expecting the ink supplied with the printer to last a couple of years. No more getting gouged with cartridge replacements. Had a family get together and everyone was printing pictures from their phones. It doesn’t look like the ink levels went down.

Good for what I need.

When I have time I will call the Geek Squad and hopefully they can finish setting it up for me and get it running with the WiFi.

A little disappointed.

Two problems I have with it is the size of the digital screen and having to adjust the paper settings everytime I print something. You need a magnifying glass to read the screen. I need to get into the manual to see what this printer can do and make adjustments.

Purchase of printer

On all three occasions I never got to talk to anyone no matter how long you wait. I feel that is very poor customer service at best
