It's okay. I like the eco-tak feature, and this is actually why I switched printers; however, the quality lacks and I find myself having to run cleaning cycles and maintenance way more often than feels right. Finding drivers for Linux boxes (as half of my devices run Linux) can be a real pain. So, if you are running Linux, maybe think twice; but, it is possible, some distros make it pretty easy. Connects to Windows fine, but then also wants to install a few bloatware programs that I am not sure are truly necessary. Overall, I am pleased with it.

This printer exceeds my expectations. It is incredibly easy to use, I can print from my phone, my laptop, with just a simple click. The price was a little expensive but what we will save in ink will pay for itself. I would highly recommend this for everyone.

i really like my printer. when i want to print something i dont have to worry about not having ink. the only thing i don"t like is that it doesn"t take photo paper.

Looked forward to this printer. Set up was not particularly difficult but working with a 1” screen makes it challenging for steps like connecting to Wifi. Navigating the menu isn’t intuitive. Message displays are ambiguous or unclear. After joining the home network I repeatedly received a “not connected to internet“ message and had to relog. It seems that every time I turned the machine on it requires logging in. Even when it been on but not used for awhile it displays “not available” And /or “not connected” message. It takes some time to reawaken it and to start printing. The ecotank system is a welcome alternative to expensive cartridges. I wanted to ditch HP and decided to give Epson a try. IMO this isn’t the model to make that change with.

The printer is good on regular printing, but on photos, it runs very slow, sometimes stops in between printing. Not good at all for photo printing. At least this one isn’t.

A ok printer overall, Bought the printer for vinyl printing Imagine quality is sometimes not so good Takes some calibration on the printer,computer & inkhead to get it good enough, Paper jams have been common for me . Would have hoped it had a iron on setting.

Product is OK, not your fault. Manufacture is the problem. Small screen makes it difficult to read, settings are hard to use to get the correct ones. Unable to make contact with EPSON server to install updates. Refuses to recognize username and password. Epson unable to help.

Nice printer, love the WiFi connection for printing off the phone. Have issue sometimes with the paper feeder but it’s because I been needing to use glossy paper for my orders. Overall it’s a printer. Wish I would have gotten the wide format Epson instead though.

It is a good all around printer. Having ink tanks is very convenient. You really need to pay attention that the printer knows which type of paper you are using or it won't print. The black isn't as dark as I would like it. Makes decent, but not great photos.

This is a nice printer, being able to see how much ink you have left is great. The only problem I found during set up is that the screen you have to use is very small and the symballes needed during set up is very difficult to make out. Other that that it works great.

Nothing with BB, but more so with Epson website for setting up printer. the website was "down" and it took until the 3rd day to finally have the printer up and running. It is a good printer for the money and I appreciate the tanks instead of the cartridges.

Bought this printer so I could make better pictures. It took a while to hook up to my computer and for several months I had to reinstall the printer/computer. Very frustrating, but now it seems to be working very well

Bought this to use for a sublimation printer. Ordered sub inks and printed a ton of sublimation sheets and have hardly used any ink. Love the eco tank great printer and is an excellent printer to use for sublimation.

Its a good double sided printer, and seems to be good on ink, the only thing i don't like about it is the display is too small and i have to grab my reading glasses to navigate through the menu.

I would have given it a 5 when I got it about a year ago, however, I thought it needed ink so I gave it some because it said so. The ink levels never reset after I tried. and they are clearly full. And as I was in the middle of printing the screen when blank and it stopped printing. I now need a new printer. I called and the man was rude and told me to send 189.99 to them for a new printer. My printer isn't that old. I got it when it was the new model.

Been using for ever 5 months. No problems at all, Easy, fast, quiet, reliable, and still at 90% ink even after print out over 600 sheets so far. Best printer I have owned in 30 years. I have saved over $80 so far from not having to buy ink cartridges ever 3 months for my workload.

Love this printer, my first ecotank printer, filling with ink very easy. No mess & easy to see when ink is running low. I'm not a geek, setup was a little difficult but I did it all on my own. Everything works-air print, copier & scanner,....oh & it prints everything, did a photo yesterday, very well.

The printer is fine for a home office. It isn't fast, & the screen is small, but it gets the job done. The biggest selling point is seeing your print levels in real time. No more change ink cartridge during mid print.

Not as fond of this printer as I was with my last printer. am in my late 70's and am having a hard time reading the extremely small print in the small square box which gives me instructions on making the machine work. All the buttons on the side have no explanation as to what they as there for. I guess this printer is ok for young people who seem to know what these keys stand for but if you are not a technical type person (I am not) stay away from this printer unless you have young people in your family to help with instructions. Really wish I had not bought it but will deal with it as time goes by.
