Tech products that I have purchased come with no instructions for setting up and getting started. I think they assume that everyone is tech savvy, not, but the printer was provided with instructions and was set up and used immediately for copying, great clear copies 1st time, so far I'm pleased.

I love this printer but sometimes it prints good sometimes it’s bad so I don’t know if I recommend it

Works well except for some ink issues on the printed page. Not perfect- has slight lines going down copies even though we have cleaned it several times. I do like the refill tanks that show the levels and the ease of refilling the ink.

It has worked out OK for me. Not as fancy the bigger ones, but it does the job for me. I am so tired of HP stoping when you have an ink supply, and you don't fix HP, so you lose the ink. I am disapointed the ink levels don't show in color.

I like the idea of having long lasting ink cartridges so I decided to get this printer. It's a bit expensive for a printer but it's better than buying ink once a month, so you'll save more long run. Small size overall. Not a bad printer. Wish it was cheaper.

I was excited about this printer 1 year ago, even thought very expansive in my opinion ( at that time $329+ tax) we were happy thinking we won’t have to pay so much for ink anymore. We use it in our school room and we probably use it every couple of days. Except this summer where we didn’t as intensively. The problem is that now yellow and red don’t work anymore, apparently because the ink in the pipes dried out. We probably didn’t print for 1-2 months max with color as most of the material for school is black and white. And so now what am I supposed to do ? Pay to have it fixed ? Throw it away and buy another one ? None of the maintenance tools inside the printer work! I have an old canon that I paid $45, 5years ago in my office and it still prints all colors after 6 months not being used. I am disappointed and will not be client to this brand anymore. They obviously have changed the printing/ink mechanism for the illusion of better/more eco/less money except they also created a product that turns junk after a year so you have to fix or buy another one, I can’t stand that..

It does save on ink for sure but you have to do a power clean in it a few times to keep ink nozzles from clogging. This uses a lot of ink.

Great value for the price. Highly recommend it. Printer does exactly what it said it does. My wife printed 600 pages and it did not make a dent in the ink. I am going to replace my office printer for one of these Epson printer.

My pickup was to be schedule that day but when I came to the store after 6 it was ready to be pickedup and had to come back the next day. No employee offer to carry the printer out to my car. It was light to carry anyway.

Very average-middle of the road type. Ink loading very easy. Amounts of ink loading is much better than a standard type. Easy refilling. Lasts a great deal longer because of ink capacity.

I bought this since I started working from home during this pandemic. I have no regrets. My favorite feature is that I can see how much ink is being used. Much better than the pixma printer I had previously. I haven't figured out how to scan with it yet, though.

My only problem with the printer is that I am not able to print on larger paper and it only had one paper tray, and it needed an attachment to print simulation...the quality was not the greatest.

The Epson Eco-Tank line of printers is really efficient and stays connected. My family can connect to it from any of their devices and print what they need when they need it. Double sided printing is a snap. Pay a little more up front, but cutout buying more ink cartridges.

Setup instructions were great; however, the display words were tiny and hard to read. I wish a manual on printer functions and how-to was included--instead, there was a note as to where to go online to download the manual.

Works great. Already printed a bunch of papers and photos and ink tanks doesn’t even look touched. Photo printing works pretty well as long as printing a high quality photo and using good photo paper.

Excellent printer. The eco- tank is a definite plus. Once I figured out why it would not print color immediately from the internet I liked this printer even more. To print or copy color, you must highlight color prior to printing.

Great startup speed. Dependable connection. I like the remote printing option. Lost one star because I cannot find solution to printing from iPad.

Good printer. Wish it was smaller. Double-sided printing printing takes longer than I hoped. Love the wireless connection and the ease of printing from phone and computer.

I had been experiencing problems with my wifi connection on a different printer. This one stays connected and the ink tanks seem to last and last, no more cartridges, and when I do refill the tanks, its pretty much the same price, but they last 5 times as long.

This Epson printer is great for my printing needs. Set up could be much easier with better instructions, they send you to the internet for instructions when just a few more written instructions would be better and for me less time consuming.
