Customer Service offered to take back my printer, replace it with a new one or reorder a different model. They were very accommodating. The last Geek Squad member that came to my home said he would check with his boss about ordering a replacement by a different brand and would call me back. He never did. Every time I called Geek Squad for an appointment my call was dropped at least 5 times before I could speak to an agent. The agents always asked for my phone number, but never used it to reconnect with me. It became very frustrating trying to reach someone to help me and set up an in home appointment They were all very nice, but totally useless in resolving my issues. I must admit there was one agent that did return my call the next day as they had promised.
