I’m not sure if I received one with defects but I would not purchase again. A couple of the pieces were broken inside and it continuously gets paper jams.

Very nice so far. Haven’t used it much but heard great things about it.

I've only used it a few times but the colors are good and it's easy to use.

Do not buy. I have had this printer for just over a year (one month over the warranty expiring), and the print heads are not working properly. I haven't even used up a full tank of ink in any color in a year. I went to print a color picture last week and one of the colors (pink) wasn't printing. After running 3 cycles to clean the print nozzles, I then had some pink (not all), and then no blue or yellow showing up. And then it said I had to wait 12 hours to try a deeper cleaning cycle (which of course will use much of my ink tanks). This week I'm trying to print a formal resume in only B&W. Now there is an ink spot on the bottom edge of every paper, the paper is folding the corners while being fed through, and on two occasions it told me there was no paper in the feed when there was. I am so frustrated that all of these issues have started to come up now. The help software doesn't seem to be aligned with Windows 10; the instructions had me searching for icons and titles that didn't match. Never would have paid this much for this printer if I would have known all the frustration that would come.

This seemed to be a nice printer and love the idea of refillable tanks. Printed great after initial setup. Unfortunately, if you don't use it frequently it leaves streaks and you have to clean the heads wasting lots of ink.

Printing is blurry much of the time. This started the first week. Also, had to clean printer heads during the first week. Cleaning the heads uses ink. On the plus side, set up was easy. Hopefully, the ink will last longer as promised but it is too early to tell.

Overall great printer. The screen is very small but we had no issues getting through the menu.

This will get the job done for our forced home school during this corantine.

The printer does a good job in reproducing good and clear copies. I am satisfied with product so far.

This is the best printer. The saving ink tank is really an advantage.

Great printer, just wish it could print wider paper, but gets a great job done.

Love it! I wouldn’t rather have any other computer to use for Sublimation

I received this in the mail, it looked amazing. It was tricky to connect it wirelessly to my mac laptop. When I finally connected it and printed out the test page it was great. Unfortunately when I started printing my project, it started clacking... and got stuck. i tried three different times, and the same thing happened. I think it may have been defective. I took it back to the store, and am going to give it a second chance. Still waiting for it to arrive. Will review again when I try out the new one.

Awesome... been printing without worrying about running out of ink

I like the ink bottle idea over cartridge. To print from my laptop has been easy over wifi, but doing anything from the printer requires USB which I don't have, making it inconvenient and I haven't yet used it for the scanning or fax features.
