Buuuut it’s a cheap printer with eco tank. It works good but kept having paper jams. It only has a back paper feed and no cassette paper feed. Just feels like a cheap printer. I returned it and got a different brand with cassette paper feed.

I am simply using plain paper, not glossy or heavy, so I'm not sure why it keeps giving me this message and doesn't seem to want to print when this message appears.
