You got your money back.if it was on sale and now not on sale be prepared to pay extra money to get the same unit. I understand they have changed that policy now but I’m not sure of that.

Even someone from Cricut recommended it, and I saw I could use it for work. All the hype said to go this way. Experience? Many paper jams with ink bleeding all over edges and smudging paper. I believe it is the angle and set up of the one paper feeder for this model. We even stuck other sheets in to help feed the plain paper or printable vinyl we used. Still had the same problems, and good printable vinyl isn't exactly cheap. I had to exchange for Canon Pixma Megatank that is better and at a similar price point. I would even prefer it over the bigger Epson version of this one. Better reviews overall and better feeder set up.

However, the color portion does not print out. I generally choose black & white print. However, when I choose color there really isn't color on the print job. Yugh.
