My ink is over half full, and this shouldn't happen. Before that, it was a good printer.

Onboard software is need Improvement

It is not simple to use for first time users. Poor implementation. EPSON make it more intuitive. Good design for ink supply. Big pat on the back for that.

Good printer, could be more for the price

Black in page was not clear and color even less also for a modern printer it printed pretty slow.

Replacement printer

I did have a warranty but when I took it back to Best Buy they didn't have the same replacement model so I had to upgrade to the 2760. Not only that but had to pay an additional $100 total for the new model an updated warranty, and it came in white instead of the original black. In quiet mode it took over half an hour to print one picture so wont use that mode for anything. Had to go back over the instructions multiple times before discovering that there is no CD to download the manual, operating system, etc. despite it being noted on the box that it's included. It actually has to be downloaded over the internet. I do like that there are no ink cartridges to purchase so will wait to see it this one last the two years per the purchase agreement.

It is difficult to set up; and once it is connected to our coputer, after printing one command it says the printer is no longer connected and I have to reconnect before printing a second page. There was no CD that came with the printer so I have to download the driver and software from the computer. Then it keeps saying load paper and there is paper in the tray. No smiles about my new orinter yet.
