    Started out as a great printer, but a couple months after it's return period expired, it started acting up - indicating there was a paper jam when there wasn't. I've wasted 2 reams of paper trouble shooting this. I want to break it. waste of money. buy something else

    Had to replace this twice in two years!

    I originally purchased this printer Feb 2020 and had roller issues, got a replacement Dec 2020. Had the replacement for a while until I had issues printing again a year later and got another replacement Feb 2022. So, Ive had 2 replacements. When this warranty runs out, I WILL be switching to a different brand.

    I used the printer 3 times well and now it broke

    I bought this model because the reviews indicated a good product. I am extremely disappointed with its performance. I installed the printer followed all instructions and it work the first three times that I used it. Now, my wife needed to print an interview in black and despite the fact that the black cartridge is almost full the printing result is poor alternating one line with average print quality with the other with horrible quality or even blank. I would hesitate if I were you and you are interested in buying this product. Of course I will contact support and see how it goes but I believe it is outrageous to pay so much money for a model that worked so badly and for such a short period of time.

    Bought this mainly for its ability to print photos on fabric. I’ve found I need to do maintenance after printing 2 or 3 photos. Lines appear on photos no matter how many times you do maintenance. Very disappointing. This is the second printer after exchanging the first one for the same reason.

    I love Epson printers until I could not get an ET 3760 or ET 4760 and had to buy an ET 2760. What a disappointment! The paper feeder lets the paper hang over the back and often says "no paper" when I try to print. I tried to buy a replacement maintenance box but was told by Epson that the ET 2760 does not have a maintenance box!! I looked and there is a maintenance box with no numbers for identification and tried all the Epson web sites for information on a replacement, no mention. Downloaded the manual--no mention of a maintenance box. Finally found that you have to take the printer to a service center and the box reset! My ET 4750 shows me on the "app" the part number and remaining life of the maintenance box. As soon as I can find a fair priced ET 3760 or 4760 this piece of trash will be returned an traded for a for a real printer.

    Cheap and Malfunctions Easily

    I bought this model in February 2020, and by March it will almost never work. It always says the the paper isn't loaded and can't spool paper. When it does it sounds like a machine gun going off. I can't even do all the cleaning opens because it can't sense the paper in there. I can't tell you how much it fuels my rage when every button I click afterwards says invalid, literally no way around it without turning the power off. Would have dealt with this sooner but then Covid and then I moved. I can't recommend this model for how cheap the parts are in and out, especially after all the glowing reviews. Only positive thing about this model is that it originally worked with my phone, new pc laptop, and my 10 year old mac wth old software. So maybe a more expensive model could be recommended, just not worth the risk on this one.

    Very disappointed had to have Geek Squad out two times, 1st was it wouldn't connect to computer and internet. Then less than a year later it quit working. Geek Squad could correct problem, this just after warranty ran out

    What I want in a printer is for it do do the job without any hassle and do the job of printing well. The ET-2760 checks all the boxes. It was easy to set up and comes with 4 of the ink tanks. This can be set up wireless with built-in wi-fi, which is how I use my printers. Initial set up of the printer is straight forward and painless. It has also a USB input if you want to print straight from something like a camera or USB flash drive. Overall, this is the new go to printer for me and saying goodbye to cartridge replacements is a major win.

    This is the fourth Epson Eco Tank printer that has failed me in about a year and a half. The first two failed when full of ink, so I can not send them out for repair, I will have to deliver them to a repair shop either near Boston or on Long Island. This particular printer is the ET-2720 and it had a mind of its own. I came home from the lumber yard one afternoon and it was merrily printing away some documents which I have no idea how it found them to print. So I returned it to Best Buy. I still have an ET-2700, which has not way to clear the nozzles, so I can use it for Black ink only. The instructions don't work. I can not find any way to use Windows to clean the nozzles. I purchased the new HP model with tanks, but it is reportedly very slow at printing. I ordered two Canon Mega Tank G7020s and we shall see how they work out.

    When I reached the point during the installation process where I was supposed to download the Drivers and Utilities package, I kept receiving an error message that indicated that I could not connect to the server and please try again later. I contacted Customer Service (Technical Support) repeatedly by email and once by telephone. Nothing they suggested ever worked, and though they indicated that resolving my problem was important to them, it really never was. I don't know how the product works, but I do know that if you experience a problem, Epson will provide zero useful assistance.

    I get that I am saving money on ink, but this printer is worse than the $35 ones I have been using for the past 4 years. It prints slower, takes longer to connect, drops my wi-fi CONTINUOUSLY.... I had such high hopes for this printer. I am honestly to the point now, where I am unplugging it and I am going to try to return it, because it was such an enormous waste of money. I have not even gone through two full reams of paper, and I am FED up.... as a student, I literally cannot sit there and watch the ink dry on the paper, nor do I have the time to fiddle around trying to figure out why, the printer could not complete printing the job, when I have 3 more jobs to print. I am done. Find a better printer. Saving money on ink is not worth it, unless you have the time to waste on figuring out connectivity issues.

    Not worth the price

    The printer is good when it is able to connect to the network. The printer never seem to hold the wifi connection. It takes multiple attemps to connect. Scan is an another whole issue, it takes ages to scan a page and connection is mostly lost half way through the scan.
