    This printer continues to get jammed and just have problems it’s brand new and I’d just recommend not getting it!

    I’m so disappointed with this printer before I owned model 2750 and had no issues with paper feeding, but this printer is a piece of junk. I didn’t even print 10 pages and I’ve had a feeding issue and because it had been a year since I bought it, even though I barely used it, they sent me a refurbished printer and now that one has done the same thing in less than five prints later.

    Printer sucks. Ink dry up and not printing. Pages come out blank even after head cleaning. Tried everything with no results

    I received my printer and it worked great at first. Then when I went to print again it spit out all the colors at once all over the page. Trouble shooting did not help.

    Had it for a while it was horrible constant paper jams, and connectivity issues. Had to take it back 2 stars was all it’s worth would not recommend.

    These printers are horrible. Bought 2760 that just started dumping ink on paper with no rhyme or reason. Returned to GeekSquad and received store credit , which was a rip of in it self. Purchased 2720 to replace and the same issue happened within a month of using. So only option is to return for more store credit. Dont but into the hype of no more cartridges, you will be replacing printers more then ink.

    Not a good printer. We replaced our Epson XP 420 with this printer and sadly for ~$175 more, the quality is so much worse. After about 20 pages, we are already getting blank/blue line streaks and discoloration. We were sold a lemon. Wish we had our old printer back.....

    for a printer of this quality it should have auto feed & not just single paper feed. i returned it for that reason

    This is definitely the worst printer I’ve ever owned. I can’t believe Shaquille O’Neal Endorsed this piece of junk!! Only person is being empowered by this Printer is Epson by taking people’s hard earned money. Be warned!!! Buy at your own risk. I made this purchase because of the money I thought I would be saving on ink but if it never works properly only person wining is BestBuy & Epson!!

    Following the steps to install the ink easy. But the last two steps were not complete because the printer kept taken more ink to process the printer setup. Try calling the Greek squad but haven't successful in talking to anyone about the printer. The wait time was 3 hours and there wasn't a call back afford from them.

    3 months after purchasing it stopped printing Colors. Tanks still full of color. Cleaned heads and other maintenance several times still no color. Called customer care with warranty shop 1 hour away. Not worth the money. Garbage.

    I ordered it at the store and waited for so long. But I have to work from home so it was very difficult for me to visit the store this past week. They call me and I tried to answer back but I spoke with the call menu. Today, when I went to the store, they told me that they gave my product, that was paid, to another client. And now the printer is not available.
