Haven't let me down
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a fantastic printer first of all the setup was very easy for me me being a 36 year-old woman and not to tech savvy. the installment with very smooth I was very easy to connect it with my Wi-Fi in-store printing right away the colors are so vibrant I'm able to do scrapbook with my kids and also print out certain paperwork for work . I also have old photos there were a little messed up I was able to scan them onto new photo papers and make my photos brand new again I have been enjoying using this printer for lease for weeks now and the ink is still above the levels I must say this is kind of money saved for me cuz I've always got tired of repurchasing ink online and always getting the wrong kind this is me a lot of time and money. I must say a Epson has never let me down and this is a great printer.

Solid printer for small business and personal use
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I just needed an economical printer to serve my printing and scanning needs. So far, this is working great. Most of my business is performed electronically, but this provides the quality printing when I need it. I got tired of the old clunker inkjet we had, and the Epson gives the longer lasting ink that I need without the laser jet price tag. Recommend to others who have a similar printer/scanner need as I did. And I love the wireless printing capability!

Constant Ink Issues
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I rarely use this printer but everytime i do use it i have to clean and align the print head in order for it to print correctly. It may not be a problem for people that print daily. It came with one years worth of ink and at 3 years i still have 60% left

Worked great at first
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This printer worked really well untill the print heads started to clog up and leave streaks across the page. Now it does it all the time. Sometimes running the head cleaning cycle works and sometimes it doesn't. I started running my print jobs in small batches just in case it starts up again.

I could be an Epson Repair Person after owning
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If I could give a zero rating I would. All I do is repair it. I have watched so many videos on how to repair this printer. Also this printer is not that old, maybe a couple years and we hardly ever use it, but when we need it- it does not work. The black ink will not work, have done all the troubleshooting - clean the nozzle heads, bought the kit to unclog it, power cleaning, and YES it has ink in it.

A For Effort, F For Execution
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.About a year in, this printer began dropping colors, of printing colors very faintly. 3 years in and it takes several head cleanings to get somewhat decent printing, but printing pictures is out of the question. I like the tank design as it's less expensive to purchase bottles of in rather than cartridges, however you waste paper and ink with the multiple head cleanings. Should have stayed with HP printers, they've been good over the years...

Great printer
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This printer does it all! It has voice printing , and wireless print which I am in love with. It prints top quality photos and documents. It is super easy to setup and use. I can copy scan or print all from this one machine, which reduces the clutter on my desk. It also has double sided printing which saves money and paper. Overall I am very happy with this printer . I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an all in one solution that doesn’t lose its printing quality for multifunction. A Dream Come True
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My family and I are very in to saving money wherever we can because we are one of many families who live paycheck to paycheck. As a work at home mom, 80% of my business is done from my home desk and my printer is used quite frequently. Until recently, I was using an HP Officejet and needing to replace my ink cartridges quite frequently. That is probably my favorite feature of this printer so far. Instead of cartridges that I have to constantly change out and remember to put into recycling... this printers ink is refilled with easy to use bottles! I can fill one color at a time and not waste ink just because one color is lower than another! Great Printer!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a great printer! I've had it for about 2 weeks now. Me and my kids have printed tons of stuff from greeting cards and envelopes to photos on photo paper and the ink level hasn't even moved. I can't wait to see how long the ink actually lasts. Super easy to use, my son loves to draw pictures and then make copies of them so he can hand them out to friends and family. The quality of the prints is also great. I've owned printers from other companies where everytime it gets powered back up, I have to reconnect it to our network, not this one, everytime I turn it on it connects right away and I love it. ET 2760 not working!! Very frustrating
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Unfortunatley this has been the MOST frustrating printer I have ever owned. I purchased the ET 3700 series and have loved it. NO PROBLEMS. So we bought a second printer with dismal performance. The printing is never correct no matter how often we try to calabrate the system. It is often kicked off the internet connection. I suggested a Epson to my daughter who I thought would be the ET 3700 but made the mistake of the ET 2760. She is having the same problems. What can be done besides buying a new mechine

Poor Technical Support
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Technically it seems to work great, but technical support is greatly lacking. I contacted technical support for assistance and was greatly disappointed. The issue was/is, every time a document is sent to the printer the OK button must be pressed twice before it will print. This may be an issue with my learning to use the new printer, but they were of zero help.

Most lacking inkjet printer I remember buying
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this printer loving the idea of not ever buying an overpriced inkjet cartridge. In that aspect, this printer did not disappoint. With that said it was lacking in most other ways. A barrage of constant notices of firmware updates and if deployed would cause the printer to have to be re-setup. Ink wells with windows that simply were too thick to see through. Very slow printing times well below that in the spec and then a short life as the duplex feature stopped when poorly made components failed. It ultimately cost me more than buying an HP with cartridges. I will not buy Epson again.

not as great a printer that I was expecting
Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.this printer is great for printing pdf patterns, written documents, etc- the ink lasts much longer than cartridges. However, this printer is horrible at printing any pictures/photos, and at scanning. The photos are subquality--the colors are distorted -- For scanning, it takes 3 scans of whatever you want to scan, and none of the scans are of the entire document you need to scan. the software is up to date-- heads are clean-- just not a good printer for everything else you want to print. Buyer beware.

Difficult to control the amount of ink used.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have owned this printer for a grand total of 27 hours but it seems longer! First, let me say that I'm an Epson fan and loved (loved!) my previous Epson printer, a Work Force 3520 which served me well until my cat broke it. I had to buy another printer quickly and did the research which indicated this new type of printing process (fewer ink cartridges, more prints for the ink that one puts into the printer) was a boon to the process. I am quite dissatisfied, though, especially in comparison to the WF-3520 (which appears to be unavailable, of course). I print art I make in Photoshop and always was delighted with the prints I created before but the ET-27609 floods the paper with ink and even when taking down the quality via the Photoshop controls (from High to Standard) and then reducing the density to very light on the printer itself I am still getting colors and intensity that is way too much. As well, I had only made fifteen copies (yes, fifteen!) before I got a message saying that "prolonged use" would hurt the printer if the ink levels were below a certain line (which they weren't ... but I still had to let the printer rest). More troubling is that I now see that every print I've made has cut off about 1/4" on one edge ... even though the image shows up properly in the Print Preview (and printing the same sheet that printed properly a few weeks ago on my WF-3520 has the ET-2760 lopping off the side). I have written to Epson with a few of my complaints but didn't hear back (admittedly it's barely been 24 hours) which has me prevaricating on whether I should return the machine. I don't know, though, if there is going to be a machine as laudable as the now defunct WF-3520. I'm chagrinned.

no FAX
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.seems to be a nice printer but the box said "All in One" this seems to be the only printer that defines all i one as without a FAX. Deal breaker. My error, I missed that it does not have a document feeder, did not think a printer at this price point would only take one hand fed original at a time.
