Paper jammed and never was able to print a single document. Returned for the next model up and I love the 3760 ecotank

I bought a new printer that stopped working, because it needed a software update that both myself and the tech with Epson service were unable to upload. This was after speaking to several people and having to call back repeatedly because who has 8 hours to sit on the phone and mess with a printer? So they sent me a refurbished printer, which I objected to up front because I bought a new printer, paid full price, and they were giving me a used one to replace it. Got the new-old one after paying to send the original one back to the company. This second one doesn't always recognize when there is paper in the feed. That was the beginning. Then for a while it would only print after I ran the troubleshooter from my computer. Now it won't print at all. I haven't gotten ahold of anyone with the company, tried online and it has maybe 2 simple steps it runs through before telling me to restart my computer. Save yourself a lot of trouble and buy with any other company.

I have yet to get this useless waste of money to print for me. I tried wireless, I tried using a cord. I get the cord hooked up, make sure my tanks are full. NOTHING. The pages are BLANK - every single page is BLANK. The tanks are full but the pages are BLANK. Source of frustration. I will cut my losses and look for another printer but I'll get recommendations first. So much for the family genealogy book my 90 year old aunt asked me to make. So much for the workbook I'm supposed to print and study from. So much for the money I put out on this disappointment and all the extra ink bottles I bought because I was just sure I was going to need them. NOTHING BUT CHEAP, DEFECTIVE LANDFILL. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRINTER TO ANYONE

I have used Epson products since the LQ-850 in 1989. The EcoTank ET-2760 is a failure. In use with a new HP Desktop, new cables, it consistently fails to print, then prints garbage sheets wasting ink and paper. I have to use Epson Connection Checker every time before trying to print. It fails to save the WiFi data and is unreliable as a WiFi printer. Its drivers and utilities often fail to complete loading and fail. I do not know why, but I have to reload them regularly. The print quality is poor. Overall, the hardware, software, end user experience, and support are terrible. A printer is a critical item for work, research, finances, and school. This system has caused nothing but stress, frustration, and is not worth it at any price.

If I had known six weeks ago when buying this all-in-one ET-2760 that I would be on the phone every other day trying to resolve issues of the printer not communicating with the computer, the scanner operating at a whim and NOT when I need it, etc etc... I would've shopped somewhere else for a different machine. Plus I paid $19.99 for some webroot security but no one on the phone there ever knows what's wrong with it (One BestBuy guy said "Is it a PC? No? Mac? We can't help with a Mac"). I've tried hard reboots - which I should NOT have to do every time I need something scanned! - and a new cable. Every fix is only temporary!

Have always had HP Printers before, but I got tired of constantly buying cartridges, so when the salesperson recommended this Epson printer I bought it. It was easy to set up & fill the ink wells. It is very slow when printing & not as crisp as the HP. I scan documents quite often & the scanning seems to take forever & now every time I put a document in the feeder it jams. So to scan a double sided document of 28 pages, it takes more than 40 mins because I had to scan each page separately on the glass. Customer service says that to be able to scan, the pages need to be in perfect condition. I will be donating this printer & going back to HP.

Worst reliability ever. Bought several last year and not one is working. If you do not print every day the heads clog. Cleaning makes it worse.

Lasted exactly 94 days. Stopped working when it updated. You'll need a tech team to handle this printer.

Great idea, bottle ink, worse printer I have ever owned. Small window, hard to follow directions, would not let me complete my moden password, although it said it would take up to 32 letters/numbers. I would not have one even if you paid for it. Would have given it a ZERO if available. Would not recommend to someone I didn't like.

Big piece of crap! Constant no color ink to print when full of ink! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON EPSON!
