Perfect size a and functions for me! Excellent price, my sister who is high tech bought one, too!

We got this as a gift for our college student, he is in love with it. Being able to print wireless from all his devices is a huge help. And no worries about the ink is a big plus.

Works great! Better than expected. Has it's limitations; doesn't duplex but knew that. Even so, for the value, it's worth it. Especially for the ink issue.

Love this printer it works great and it’s a lot faster than the old printer I used to have I love the eco-tank because it holds a lot of ink and in the box you get at least a year’s worth of ink for free

I had this printer just over a year when it threw a E-02 code. That is a scanner error. I don't really use the scanner much, and I have others, so it wasn't a big deal....except, I could no longer use the display on the machine because the error code locks it up. I could still print for a while, only needing to restart if I let it run out of paper. That only worked until the printer said I run out of ink. Now I can't reset the ink levels because the error code and there is no way to do it on the computer. Now I have new ink in the printer and no way to reset it, nor can I print anything. The only way to use it now, pay to ship a $200 printer to get fixed.

Works well, easy to set up. I didn't realise that the paper didn,t feed from drawers and would have prefered that.

It works for us perfect. we were using HP for a very long time and this is doing a great job . i am glad we listened to the sales person about how this machine worked and made the decision to buy it .

It takes the worry about how much ink is in your printer. It just is a life safer and cost is at a minimum, thank some much.

Purchased this one year ago and the print quality had been good. Then it started giving a paper jam error and this has been a constant problem. There has never been a paper jam, it starts to print and then stops mid-page and displays a paper jam error. I went through all the steps to clean the print nozzles, followed all the directions to "clear" a paper jam, etc. but, as I said, there was never a paper jam. We eventually gave up and purchased a new machine so the money spent on the ET-2800 and the new batch of ink, was a waste. $500 later, we have a new printer on board with a replacement warranty. I'm hoping we will not have a repeat issue.
