    Instructions were not easy to follow. User manual should e included in purchase, not to first set up printer and then HUNT for manual

    I didn’t think I would be able to use this printer for sublimation, but it works! Just make sure to buy sublimation ink!

    I love this printer I've already started my custom job and this printer does the job. Yes you can make this a sublimation printer just choose the right ink.

    Small compact printer produces great product. The refillable ink tanks provide flexibility with the ability to just fill whichever color you need - and not have to buy a whole new cartridge for colors you don't need

    easy to set up. Refilling tanks of ink is different than replacing cartridges of ink. Print quality is good but not excellent.
