Epson is truely helping this and future generations by designing better and faster printing hardwares The huge and. Easy to fill ink tanks will put the drudgery of replacing cartridges in the past Unpacking the printer is easy and its supper lightweight. The four (4) tanks fill in about a minute each. There is a long waiting time for it to pump and fill the printgeads and download new firmware. So after a half hour I was all set. The ET2800 will make up for this investment of time by producing clear and sharp Black and White prints at the rate of 10 pee minute. The app allows wireless WiFI scanning and printing. Color prints are clean and streak free. Time will tell but so far five stars I hope to see more printers use the tank standard so ink becomes easy to keep on hand.

For me to give something 5 stars, it really needs to wow me. This is a good printer. It was easy to setup, it was easy to fill the inks, the print quality is excellent, and the price point was good. Here's the thing that I don't like...it feels cheap. It's very light and all plastic. Don't get me wrong, the print quality is excellent but it just feels like a toy. I've only owned it a few months and after a year or two I may not even think about that, but right now it's on my mind as I write this review. The only issue I have actually had with the printer is that it has become unresponsive twice. I fixed it by simply by powering off and then back on. In this IT age of computers this has become common place..."Did you reboot?" So I don't really count off too much for that as I think it would happen with most any printer that is wireless. I don't have any problem recommending it but those are my thoughts.

This is the way printing should be. It’s easy to use, it doesn’t lose its internet connection, and it just works every single time. No hassles, no resets, no frustration. Honestly, give up your monthly printing subscription—this printer proves you don’t need it. It’s reliable, efficient, and exactly what a home printer should be.

I purchased this printer over two years and its still running strong. Ive only had to replace the ink once. It connects easily to all my devices, and the Epson Ap is super handy for scanning docs and saving to my Drive or computer

Simple to use, effective and the dimension is ideal if you have limited space. I do not use the ‘two sided printing ’ because it is not automatic and manually is cumbersome.

Ep 2800. Easy set up, Easy to use. I really prefer ink tank over cartridges. You can see the ink in the tanks, so you know it really is low. Expensive cartridges suck.

I purchased another HP printer when my last HP printer died. It was terrible, hard to setup, print quantity was poor. I returned it and purchased the Epson EcoTank. Easy to setup. Really easy to fill the ink tanks. Prints faster than my HP did, much better quality of print, and prints high quality pictures. I have only had it for a couple of weeks but I am very happy with this printer.

This is a great printer! It was easy setup to print from my phone and/or computer, and it was at a really good price. I really like that I won't be spending so much money on buying ink cartridges like I did with my old printer. The ink bottles are very easy to use. I'm very pleased with my purchase!!

I really like the design and how easy it is to set up and fill the tanks. I bought it for work and so far it has been a great purchase. The best thing is it comes with the ink you need and it is quite a lot.

I've had this printer for a little less than a year, and came to it from a cheap inkjet that constantly ran out of ink so I got tired of buying new cartridges all the time and decided to buy this entry level printer instead. The good: - Wireless printing has been great and reliable. - Set up was pretty straight forward. - Scanner is decent. - Color ink is still almost full and black ink is at about half and I have printed almost 600 pages, so good milage. The meh: - Print quality is not the sharpest I've seen. Nothing bad or noticeable but if you are printing something exquisite it might matter for you. For my use for everyday docs it's perfectly fine. The ugly (why I deducted 2 stars): - Aside from the ink there is another consumable part in the printer called an ink pad (where the excess ink gets dumped) that is not replaceable and once it is used (saturated) the printer bricks itself essentially and you can't print anymore. This is not disclosed in a prominent way for consumers. It is buried deep in the manual (they probably did not want to omit it completely so they don't get sued) but it's still underhanded to not tell customers this. So longevity for this printer is a wild card if you buy it. They tell you to call customer service but at that point it's kind of useless because all the options for service are somewhat cost prohibitive, and the worst is the printer will stop printing without advanced warning so it might be in the middle of a print job. Which is ridiculous. A big reason why people buy these printers is to not create plastic/e-waste and this defeats the purpose. Would I return this? No. Too much of a hassle and it's fine for now. Would I buy this again? No. They have a more expensive model where the ink pad (consumable part) is user serviceable. You just buy a new ink pad for $15 and you are good to go. I don't know why they could not do this for this model. I guess it's to teach us the lesson of "beware the high cost of low prices."
