Fantastic printer.

It was very easy to step up and the print quality is awesome. I like the fact that you can make copies or scan to make digital copies. The large capacity ink that these printers hold is the way to go.

After a very timely setup and cleaning the nozzles, aligning the print head, and reading through page of settings and online help I’ve just decided this thing is just an overall piece of junk and the most disappointing product we’ve bought in years. Even after all that I still get Lines in a color print (see photo). Hate to say it but maybe we should have stick with HP. Of course finding support online takes around the same amount of time that it would take to get a graduate degree so I guess we are stuck with this thing. Sigh.
