This product did not live up to my expectations. When I print in color, I get lines across my entire page weather I use plain paper, card stock or glossy paper. I was hoping to use this printer for my stickers and its been a complete disappointment unfortunately. It is easy to use and black and white print just fine but color is all around thumbs down.

This printer is okay, it does the job. I have so many issues with it though. With lines going across my page and drips of ink, I do the printer maintenance option frequently but it is still an issue no matter how many times I do it

Wonderful Epson EcoTank printer, no more cartridges to buy. You are able to clearly see the ink levels and easy to refill.

Printer was very easy to set up. I’m happy there are no cartridges, and the bottles of ink were very easy to install.

Worked great at first. After the waste tank fills up the printer insists that you have to have it serviced by an authorized service person or company, despite the fact that the waste tank is easily accessible at home with two screws. Parts can be easily found for around $10, but they wont work because they have it software locked and has to be reset by them. As with everything tech wise it can be circumvented, but I shouldn't have to go through all of the effort for such a simple part swap. Epson is just as shady as HP, they just do it differently.

This is my first time getting a printer with liquid ink cartridges. I was actually looking for a laser printer but then decided to give this a try. The feed for the paper is not my favorite and it prints kind of slower than other printers I’ve used but overall for a basic home office I like it.

I have this printer for about two weeks and I have had to reset it five times now. We don’t print often, but when we do, our devices cannot find the printer even though it was reset earlier in the day. When we go into our devices it shows we’re connected but it still won’t print. The Epson program always searches and never finds the printer. I will never buy Epson again and this will printer is getting returned. I was hoping they had improved their products since the early 2000’s, sadly thought they have not.

So far not so good. I've printed just a few documents since receiving it only a couple of weeks ago, probably about 20 pages max, and they are not clear at all. The ink I'm using are the starter ones that came in the box and they're all still very full. The words print blury and numbers are unreadable most times. I am considering returning but I may see if the ink has anything to do with it first.

Poor Prints featuring Grey Blacks and Flat Colors

I was excited to try an Eco Tank Printer, however my excitement was short lived when I saw the print quality. Photos were grainy and colors were off on every single print even with high quality paper. I also experienced lines in my prints. Text documents never printed pure black and were not sharp. I was extremely disappointed in how soft text printed. For a printer this expensive I expect prints that don't look like they came from cheap 10 year old printer. The ink is cheap and you get what you pay for. I'm sending this back and I will be purchasing an inkjet HP printer with an ink subscription. If quality is important to you then I would stay far away from this printer

I bought this printer as a replacement for my old HP 2860, it is adequate and produces good photos, paper feeding is an issue and is more hands on then the other, next time will step up to a higher end model.

I purchase this printer because it was highly recommended to me and so many positive reviews. But the one I got is not performing well, the ink levels are going down fast significantly with only 30 prints I don’t know how is it possible to print thousands like it’s advertised. When printing, several papers gets fed at once. Ink smeared, even though I set up my printing settings every time I want to print something I have to re-set it or it won’t print automatically. I still want to give it a second chance if I could get it replaced.
