Customer Ratings & Reviews

We really appreciate this machine it work's great.

Ease to use and the quality of the print is the best and high quality

Great printer. Works great and colors are vibrant.

It is exactly what is says works great. Easy to use

So far so good, love no cartridges and low cost of ink.

I had this printer for a year and it worked great. It has now stated to indicate a paper jam that doesnt exist. This looks like a common problem listed by other reviews. It also started to pull 5-6 sheets when it prints and then indicates the paper is out when it isn’t. Its frustrating as I like the concept of the ecotank.

great printer, great printer, great printer, great printer, great printer, great printer

This printer has been great so far. The best ive had in awhile

This printer was easy to set up and it works well.

This printer is worse than the $50 Epson printer my boyfriend has. The only reason I give this one star is because the ink lasts forever, but it also hardly ever prints, so that's probably why. This printer is EXTREMELY slow. Like the sloth in the DMV in the movie Zootopia slow. Need to print a few pages? Get ready to wait an hour while the printer prints one or two lines and then needs to rest for several minutes. Everything is connected how it should be, I've uninstalled and reinstalled and reconnected and updated firmware and I'm currently on minute 15 of waiting for ONE page to print. Most of the time I try and print and it tells me the printer is not available. Then I go to the Epson app and it says everything is fine. I was also not aware that for nearly $200, this printer does not print double sided automatically... again, my boyfriend's $50 Epson printer surpasses this printer as it prints double sided, all by itself. This is the worst printer I've ever owned by far and is going in the dumpster as soon as I can afford a new (and different) printer.

Print quality is good and easy to fill ink canister. Very reliant on using your phone ap. I couldn’t scan to my laptop have to scan to phone ap and send to laptop

Very good printer for sublimation printing as well as regular print usage

Great little printer. The tank filling was very easy. So far so good 1 month in!

GREAT PRINTER. IT PRINTERS VERY CLEAR AND ITS VERY UP TO DATE

Works well to print black and white. Color print is super faded. If you need to good color prints the ET8500 is a MUST. But this is sa nice at home printer if you only need black and white and color quality does not matter to you. HUGE SAVINGS ON INK!

I bought this eco tank printer for the purpose of printing paperwork for school and work. However, it work so well that I switched it for sublimation to print designs for my backpacks that I sell. I am able to personalize my products without stopping and running to the store to buy more ink. I would recommend it for everyday use and for business use. Well worth it!

Just what I wanted. Needed a printer that does great pictures and uses tankless ink and that doesn’t REQUIRE WiFi. Well this is it!! Works like a charm, it’s slow but so what!! It does a beautiful job reproduces clear crisp pictures. And most importantly no WiFi needed just a wired cord and it works like a charm. I’m very happy with this printer! It’s just what I was looking for!

Great printer. Excellent value and good price. This is my second Eco tank and they really are very economical period I travel to the Highland store specifically for their great service. The Product is available elsewhere, but the Best Buy team. Their service along with the Epson name, make it worth a trip. Software setup can be tricky.

Converted it over to a sublimation printer & honestly well worth the money!

Was on clearance so I bought it to take it up north so I can so some copies. I have a 15000 for my office at home. These Epson always worked great for me. In addition I save hundreds of dollars a year in copy cost with the Ecotank system.
