Greate product, very low cost per page, light and easy to connect

I am extremely disappointed with this product and the service that was provided. Despite all efforts, the printer would not connect to any of my devices through the internet. In the end, it would not even connect to the internet. It was extremely impossible to get to get ahold of technical support. The initial # took me to a medical alert device sales line. To get to technical support, I had to call sales and then be transferred to technical support. I played phone tag, was given a link which took me right back to the worthless start over site and get head way only to lose connection. I would then be left in limbo, not receiving the return call I was promised after giving them my phone number. I found that I could manually get a very sharp copy. I have had no difficulty in returning this printer. I have purchased a different brand printer which was easy to set up and through the internet connect to all of my other devices. On the basis of this experience, stay away from Epson.

This ONLY does 1 scan copy/print at a time, and NO fax on this machine. When I setup this printer all I needed was my wifi password, powered it on, and ran the little update it did on the screen. From there I went to my computer, laptop, and Ipad and the epson was there and ready. INK will last FOREVER, we still have our other epson ecotank with 1 year going strong after multiple documents and ADU blueprints, while never thinking about ink if we don't use it one week. These are the LEAST expensive in the long run, post 1-2 years its been fantastic. Never going back, but for you large office or duplex scanning heads, go for the larger pro models or a laser printer!

Decent printer. Very intriguing ink system. Good to go out of box. Doesn’t just come with “start up ink” like other printers on the market.

I've wanted one of these since the first commercial, and it was worth the wait. Criminally easy to use and loads of ink. Love it!

This printer is a night and day difference from old epson printer,love the ease of the ink tank, simple to set up prints clear and vivid pictures and text.

We had a previous Epson Ecotank all in one that had a bottom paper feeder that we liked more however this one was cheaper and basically works the same despite the back paper feeder.

very happy with it. set it up to print from phone or computer. The ink tubes are in a easy location to fill.

Printer functions nicely, was easy to set up with very good connectivity to wireless network with no issues. Filling the printers ink wells was very easy and clean without any ink spilling, Paper capacity is great holding 100 sheets in the feeder tray. The only negative is all though it prints on both sides of a sheet, it’s not automatic but manual, which means less moving parts to breakdown. All in all it’s a recommended item I would purchase again.

Printing made easy with this inkjet printer. The ease of set up and no more ink cartridges, the size and value are all well worth it.
