Customer Ratings & Reviews

So far the machine has worked nicely. I have been printing a lot of transfers and stickers to work with my Cricut and most turn out very well. Color on a few has not been what is expected, but overall it has done its job.

i love this printer it has been great and I have not run out of ink yet just a great printer

Converted to a sublimation printer and absolutely love it! Will be buying another one as a inkjet printer.

Great machine Simple to refill ink, and to operate

Easy to use. I can print using my phone ipad and laptop.

Two issues with this printer prevented me from assigning 5 stars: 1) the screen is ridiculously small (less than 1.5") and 2) it took hours of tech support to get the printer up and running. Pertaining to issue # 1: this printer is ideally suited for consumers with 20/20 vision. If you have any kind of visual impairment (~75% of U.S. adults wear some sort of corrective lenses), you will achieve better results by purchasing a printer with a normal-sized screen. Pay attention to specs. Pertaining to issue # 2: On my third round of tech support which lasted an hour, I feigned someone at the door, terminated the call, called back and was assigned a more knowledgeable tech support rep. Turns out you need to install drivers to scan. The online app menu to choose scanning options is also ridiculously small. I need a magnifying glass. Since the return window passed, I opted to keep the Epson for printing straight from my laptop (no choice) and also keep my HP 4630 printer (still running like a beast a decade later) for any use involving a screen. In conclusion, this is a printer designed for consumers with good to excellent vision.

ever so pleased with at home printer. thrilled to have self contained ink and no more ink cartridge purchases in future. ink is good for 2 years

Bought this to replace an older brother printer that is hard to get cartridges for. This works great and the print quality is great!!

great printer easy to run easy to refill ink I love it

Perfect no issues at all. Great price. Quality item

so far - I have only had it about a month! but it is easy to use for simple printing and scans pictures into my computer- I don't know about text that could be edited - don't know how to do make that work!

I was able to print velcro labels in a professional manner. Easy to install and insert vinyl paper with ease

While I like the idea that the Epson does not require purchasing of ink often. I would only say because it is French they failed to label the ions on the printer for elderly. This has been challenging.

It is exactly what my family needs!. Ink saver!. Super clean ink installation. Great quality. The scanner works via Bluetooth as well!. Easy to set up (step by step). I am very happy with my purchase!

Replaced ET2650 that was 6 years old and died. Set up was straight forward and has been working well for scanning and printing since purchased

best buy employee very helpful on picking my product it has been over 10 years since I bought my last printer things have changed

Replaced a 10-year old Epson that used a lot of ink cartridges and constantly needed head cleaning. This new one is easy to use, prints beautifully, and love the liquid ink and front display of ink levels.

Excellent printer for the money. Does what I need and does not clutter my desk.

Loved it bought for my daughter she started her tumbler sublimation business and this printer works incredible would purchase again

The ink will never dry up and it shows that you’re low on ink .
