Customer Ratings & Reviews

Best for home use, quick and easy to use and refill, it saves time connects phone, tab , laptop. Refill is very easy and can be done in few seconds

I love this unit! I lost my first one in my divorce. I loved it so much i bought another!

This is a great printer with refillable cartridges. Amazing that we don't have to rely on special cartridges anymore. Print quality is fantastic! Great value and prints fast, even on highest quality

I was moving right along with set-up, hit a snag, contacted geek squad and they took me the final way. The ink distribution system is really hip. Printing double sided is still a challenge which I overcome with a bit of patience. I love the paper feeder, I can see the last page go in.

This is the second time I purchased the same model printer. The idea sounds great and I love Shack, but they just do not work well. Both of them lost ability to print in color, black-and-white still works and ink does last a long time, unfortunately, my experience twice has been subpar

Replaced an ET-2550 EcoTank that quite frankly wore out. Out of the box, fill the tanks and setup for wireless connection in less than 15 minutes! Set up EpsonSmartPanel and can now print from my whole families iPhones, iPads, and laptops remotely. First job was a 24-page scan of a syllabus that scanned as one document (always required at least three separate scans on the ET-2550). True colors and very definite bold blacks that give presentation quality first time. Also has a smaller "footprint" that allows me to have the printer within arm's reach in my computer desk/hutch. Great job Epson!!

I work from home and need the option to print and scan documents regularly. After my old printer gave up the ghost, I decided to get something more heavy duty and efficient. Since purchasing this last summer, I've had zero problems. This thing prints like the wind compared to my old printer, which is FANTASTIC when you're printing off an entire novel. The ink is easy to refill and lasts forever... yep, even when you're printing off novels. I love the self-cleaning mode, which is handy since my house (and therefore technology) gets very dusty. The WiFi setup means I can use this device from anywhere in the house, and my co-workers and family can have access to the printer as well. Absolutely worth the investment!

I love this printer, it is exactly what I needed and I like that you can refill the ink reservoir. Easy set up.

Love this printer. The set up was super easy and took no time. The ink refill cartridges are easy to fill. I can’t say how, long they last as I am still using the ones that came with the printer. The only draw back I have on the one I purchased becasue there are, many to choose from but I only needed a printer for home printing not a lot of printing is this one does not print on both sides just single side, my fault for not, checking on this prior to purchase as it saves paper when print on both sides. Overall it’s a good printer.

I like this a lot. I recently purchased it and it works great, best upgrade of a epson I have seen in years. I would highly recommend

I made the switch to Epson after using HP for years. It’s been a huge difference! I would always have to keep buying ink after printing a couple of pages and getting charged so much from my previous HP printer. I recently printed over 200 pages with my EPSON printer and it barely wasted any ink. I love it! I use for my Cricut projects

Have had it over a year and it works good. The website said the store had the duplex printer in stock. Got there and they did not have it. Had to settle for a lesser printer which they did not show in stock. Someone got a better printer for the wrong (lower) price, obviously. This printer is okay, does absolutely great on ink.

Great printer. My wife needed a reliable printer for her buisness, and this printer has handled everything she has thrown at it. The refillable ink has been amazing. We use black the most, and have been able to easily refill it for less money than buying a cartridge. This was a great buy.

Very, very pleased was this product, Filling the ink wells were fantastic, stopping itself when full was the best. The Rep. at the store was also very knowledgeable.

Wireless printing is the only way to go. Why did we wait so long!!! Also the large bottles of ink is so much better than the ink cartridges.

My Epson printer is working beautifully, and for less than 1/3 the cost of printing with our previous HP printer.

Loved this printer! Great for starting up my sublimation business

It is better than the HP I had. I like it a lot. And I have owned many printers over the years.

Works nicely but alot of commands just to print. Prints quickly and ink seems to last.

PERFECT Printer for students and daily use. Very clear vivid print. Highly recommend!!
