Customer Ratings & Reviews

Good on printer can economical price. Print quality excellent. Download Epson app and set up is easy

I wanted to wait for a couple of months to review this printer. I love, love it. I ordered 3 other printers from other merchant, which were of poor quality for what we needed, and had to be returned. I would give this printer 10 stars, If I could. So easy to set up. It was a total breeze for us folks in our mid sixties. Load paper and ink cartridges . The printer then asks if you want to set up through W-Fi, which we have......put your Wifi password into the screen of printer.....then if you have a Mac.....go to SysyemsPreferences and add the printer....save changes and you are set to go. Really love this printer!! Would purchase again! Thank you Amazon for carrying this printer !

It prints, scans, and copies very well. The inks are expensive but, they do not last very long under normal use. I would not recommend using generic ink cartridges because, the printer will eventually reject them after it detects their installation. If you use this type and brand of printer for extended periods, the black ink jets will dry out and clog rendering the printer unusable therefore, I recommend frequent use or maintenance to prevent ink jet nozzles from dry clogging. This is what happened to my last Epson printer after four years of use when I let it set idle for several weeks. It ended up as electronic recycle waste because, that dry clogging issue cannot be repaired.

This printer replaced an my old series Printer-Scanner-Copier-Fax that had served us for several years in our home based business. After countless B/W & Color pages with never a breakdown or failure, the print quality was starting to degrade even after frequent head cleaning and aligning. We still have it online on our network for printing internal documents where the quality is acceptable. That printer can be connected via wifi and never drops the connection. The print quality is excellent, even down to 6pt type, and the colors are true. All the different functions operate quietly, and efficiently. I can recommend Epson ET series machines and will continue to buy Epson products.

If you have a young kid you’ll appreciate the fact that their tendency to push print 800 times when they don’t get an immediate printer result will not require you making a mad dash to the store late at night when the old school scrawny ink cartridge runs out in the middle of a school project. Of course the project is due the next day because they procrastinated. Not that this ever happens… This is my second Eco-Tank. After 4 years it still had ink but took an unfortunate fall down the stairs when being moved. If intact I’m sure that little booger would still be churning out pages to this very day without a refill.

Appears to work well, need to be cautious with color use to not drain system... however, ease of use and set up...

I purchased a Lenovo laptop and an Epsom printer. The technicians were super kind and helpful. The updated Microsoft Word took a little learning time but all is going well. My only complaint with the new printer is the instruction window is way too small making anything on it almost impossible to see and read.

We love the printer AND the Geek Squad support to get it installed! We are old and rely on the Geek Squad to help us with the new technologies.

This is a great printer. The software was easy to load, it's easy to operate and perfect for home use. I love the ink wells rather than the cartridges.

Very good, better than expected. Will definitely recommend

Prints amazing and clear with glossy and cardstock paper. Ink lasts longer. Only need to refill black over time the other 3 is fine.

Because of the ink tank set up, I don't have to buy cartridges, which saves me money. I'm a college student, so I print tons of pages, and it works great for me. Especially for the price.

These eco-tank printers is the best no problems at all and its the best printer iv had since i have been using them .

I love this printer .i do lots of work with it and still didn’t run out of ink since I bought it in 05/23

Great product all around does everything it is supposed to do and for the price range definitely would recommend

This printer is a great option for those who are looking to not spend exorbitant amounts on ink. I was searching for a laser printer but the options were more than my budget and then I came across this great gadget. So far I have had it for 3 weeks and it works great (color quality is good, print times are fairly fast if it’s a simple document) minus a few paper jams due to user error. Overall, I would recommend this printer for students, home workers, or anyone who looking for an affordable printer.

This is the best printer I’ve ever owned. Prints fast, scanner software is awesome, and ink is affordable.

Glad I made the switch from Hp one to Epson , Got in a deal and got free ink . Couldn't be happier . Thanks Best buy.

This was easy to set up! It prints great. Hopefully the ink will keep going for a long time.

Great deal and excellent quality! This printer is so convenient. I’m so happy I found this great deal at Best Buy!
