Customer Ratings & Reviews

So far this has been a awesome printer. I bought this to replace my horrible HP Printer. HP makes good products just avoid their printers. This prints very fast and good quality. Ink lasts a long time and never had any trouble with the Wi-Fi connectivity and air print unlike the HP I had with always had issues and had to restart it in order to air print. This one air prints every time. I wish it would let me put the glossy paper in the second paper tray but the only setting for glossy is the top tray. Other than that it's perfect. I would highly recommend this printer or any Epson printer over the over rated other Printers.

The Ecotank machines are superior. It takes a massive amount of printing on plain paper to require more ink. No more cartridges and no more interruptions by 'ink out' issues with the cartridges that are still sold everywhere. I cannot think why, for a small Office, anyone would buy a stupid cartridge printer... even if the factory offer regular replacements by Post and endless charges to the Credit Card on file. Ecotank is the real choice. Forget the others unless they adopt this technology and sell ink at a competitive price. We have an old Ecotank ET 4750 that pumps out printed material every day of the Year, or nearly so.

Easy to use and set up. Only drawback, we didn't know that it doesn't do double sided copies! Rats!

It’s a good printer and does what it has to do. I got it for college and I think it is going to be very helpful to have in my dorm.

Great printer so far have done lots of printing no issues, way better than my old HP !

Nice printer and easy to load ink bottles. Prefer paper feed from the bottom. Print quality is good.

Good printer only drawback does not have a paper tray. Can only put about 20 pages in back of printer. Other than that great printer

Works great. A little loud but overall performs as expected.

Customer support to enable me to print from my laptop to my printer was successful by the agent Vaneesha Jampana who was very professional and efficient. thank you.

For $199. You can’t go wrong. It’s an EPSON but low end which is fine and missing a lot of things like memory card reader slot. But printing wise it’s a champ

It’s a great printer and it does everything I need it to do, really impressed with how it prints on glossy card stock.

It’s perfect with all sublimation projects that I’ve done. The quality of Epson is exceptional. I recommend this product.

Works great. All devices hooked up to it nicely. Waiting to see how long the ink lasts.

Very pleased with my new printer. Still learning ALL that it can do!

It works great and it's so nice to not deal with ink cartridge scams. Kind of annoying how you have to use the mobile app for some stuff though.

Works great. Easy setup.................. .. ... no

Easy to set up. Makes great copies and prints. Nothing but happiness with this product.

It’s working really great and very easy to set up worth the money with great prices and ink saver.

Easy to refill. Good print quality. Setup is a little more tedious than other manufacturers.
