While this is a good printer, It was a challenge for we 'older folks' who have been used to printer cartridges which we could install in a few minutes. I finally had to have a 'techie' from the Geek Squad come to the house on two occasions to set up the printer and link it to our computer. This was a computer that the Geek at Best Buy recommeded.. Obviously we are not very 'tech savvy' but it would have been helpful if the Geek at Best had told us something about setting up the printer. In over 25 years of owning a computer, I have never had a problem setting up the computer or the printer. The techies who create this equipment think we are all engineers.

Letters printed clear setup not much of a problem. The price is not too expensive should save on ink. I always need more with the cartridge Epson Printers. Negatives it only prints on one side and you need to read a small panel for commands.

Ordering this printer on-line was easy and delivery to the Best Buy store was quick. Had the Geek Squad do the install and the tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. All went very smoothly and we are very satisfied.

It's too soon for me to determine how to rate this Epson printer given it's new ink system. I believe the unit will be worth the gamble if it survives a couple years without developing an ink flow issue. Thus far it has performed well. Quite easy to set up.

Suggested by a friend and has not disappointed. Easy of use except for t scanning. Scanning isn’t hard but you have to use the mobile app. Quality print for the small uses I need it for.

So far so good. Set up was easy. No more messy ink cartridges. Print speed is fine for what I need. AirPrint works flawlessly. If a double side feeder is important I would suggest jumping to that model if you use the feature a lot. The Epson app is great too!

If you are looking for a good beginner sublimation printer, this one is PERFECT!!!! Easy setup, replace ink with sublimation ink and you're all set

I have looked at this for a while as I have struggled with ink cartridges. I purchased this ET-2800 and am very satisfied with it. It performs all of the functions well. Glad I got this!

I bought this to turn into a budget submlimation printer and it does a fantastic job! Highly recommend.

I really like this printer. It's quick and the ink lasts a long time. Only downfall is the paper feeder wants to fall even with very little paper in it.

Easy set up with app. Love the eco tank and ease of filling with ink. Printer thinks paper doesn't match settings, so have to verify at printer. Could be user issue, but it prints good and I'm happy with it so far.

Love this printer. And for the cost it’s great!! Recommend it to anyone who needs a new printer. Works great and I’ve had no problems at all. Would buy again if needed.

Excellent printer, very intuitive and the print quality is excellent. No complaints at all, very happy with this product.

great printer, always ready to print. like the printer ink system and the ease of filling the cartridges. I do miss the copy on both sides feature that this printer doesn't have, but it prints so well and so fast it makes up for that feature.

Worked well when it worked. I have owned it less than a year and I keep getting a scan error, which after looking into it, seems to be an issue with this printer. I don't need nor want to scan. I just want to print, but I cannot use it as long as it is showing the error message. The guide says to unplug the printer and restart, but it didn't work for me. I am using it as a sublimation printer, therefore it invalidates the warranty.
