    This is a great printer. The software was easy to load, it's easy to operate and perfect for home use. I love the ink wells rather than the cartridges.

    It was easy to set up and seems to be working great. Love the fact that it has such large ink wells that will last much longer then my last printer. When it runs out just refill the ink wells love that.

    Really like this printer only issue we ha e is that it sometimes has issue with connecting to the wifi and its really annoying punching all the info in on the little keypad everytime.

    OMG - don't buy this printer. 1. I am pretty computer savy - I'm not a coder but not much stops me. 2. No matter what I did this printer would not hook into my wifi. 3. The only way I can get this printer to work is I have to setup a hot spot on my Verizon phone. 4. Even when running it through my phone the printer is very finicky. 5. Sometimes I have to restart the printer, cancel documents multiple times, etc. 6. I'd like to ditch this printer but I am cheap and a glutton for punishment. Bottom line - if you purchase it - get it home - have issues getting it to hook into your wifi bring it back IMMEADIATELY and by a different printer. Connectivity is terrible.

    This item was purchased at the store but shipped to my home because the item was not in stock. It arrived in a reasonable amount of time and it was easy to install. So far, this is a pretty good printer.
