    Lasted 8 months and failed while printing my taxes. Said paper jam bit there was no obstruction. Epson support was very unattentive and failed tp offer a feasible solution. Wanted me to put money down pr pay for shipping. They made me repeat myself many times and at the end frustrated me to the point i will never purchase epson again. Please bring your contact center to north amerixa instead of the philipines. While they are a kind culture, i dont need an apology every 20 sexonds akd i really dont wanna struggle to inderstand someone on the phone.

    The print quality is very good. The set-up is a little difficult, but it does take step by step. The tanks are easy to fill; easier than cartridges.
