    Lasted 8 months and failed while printing my taxes. Said paper jam bit there was no obstruction. Epson support was very unattentive and failed tp offer a feasible solution. Wanted me to put money down pr pay for shipping. They made me repeat myself many times and at the end frustrated me to the point i will never purchase epson again. Please bring your contact center to north amerixa instead of the philipines. While they are a kind culture, i dont need an apology every 20 sexonds akd i really dont wanna struggle to inderstand someone on the phone.

    The more expensive printers become the less satisfactory they seem to become: this printer is slow to initiate the print job and the job itself is slow to print; it does not have automatic duplex printing; there is no paper tray - paper has to be loaded at the back. Yes, I should have read the specs more closely before purchasing. It is going back.
